Signing up is easy. Please read the following terms and conditions, and if you agree, just fill in the details and click the button at the bottom of the page.
We need one copy of each CD release you wish us to sell. CDs are to be sent to: Fret Tunes, P.O. Box 343, Flemington, VIC 3031, Australia. If you have already sent us your CDs (to Fret Net), there is no need to send another copy. If you have sent us CDs marked as promo copies, you will need to send us a new copy. We must have a release copy of each title you wish us to sell.
We will process your CDs by extracting the audio content and creating digital media files in various formats, including high quality MP3 and FLAC, scanning your complete CD artwork and liner notes, uploading these materials to our server, entering your information and your CD information into our catalogue, listening to each track and selecting a 30-60 second portion that best showcases each track, as a sample for customers to hear, uploading these samples, and creating an account for you if one has not already been created.
The setup fee is US$25 per CD title. You will be given a $25 voucher for use in the store though, so effectively the setup fee is $0.

FRET TUNES ARTIST AGREEMENT
Definitions:
"You / Your": The artist or an authorised representative of the artist.
"FTMS": The Fret Tunes Music Store
"Agreement": This Artist Agreement
This Agreement is a binding legal agreement between You and FTMS, regarding the distribution of Your music by FTMS and the use of supporting materials to facilitate said music distribution.
- You assert and affirm that all materials and music submitted by You to FTMS for purpose of distribution are Your property or alternatively that You have express written permission from the copyright holders of said materials and music to enter into this Agreement.
- You grant FTMS non-exclusive rights to submitted materials and music for use on frettunes.com, free from royalties and fees. FTMS will use said materials for promotion of Your music.
- You will be paid 70% of the price of sales of Your music from FTMS, plus an extra 5% for affiliate sales.
- FTMS not to be held responsible for any errors in the materials used in the promotion of Your music.
- You may terminate this Agreement with 60 days notice by e-mailing .
- FTMS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
- FTMS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time.
